Australia’s innings began on an uncertain note with early wickets disrupting their rhythm. However, experienced batter Beth Mooney stepped up to stabilize the innings with a well-crafted 65. Her knock was crucial in rebuilding the innings and setting a solid platform for the middle order.

Mooney found valuable support in Phoebe Litchfield, who contributed a fluent 46. Together, they ensured the scoreboard kept moving, preventing West Indies from gaining complete control during the middle overs.

The innings gained momentum in the later stages thanks to contributions from the lower order.
