Rohit Sharma’s graceful appearance after ODI captaincy change at CEAT Cricket Awards
The night held special significance for Rohit, who made his first public appearance since being removed as India’s ODI captain ahead of the upcoming tour of Australia. The charismatic opener, who remains one of India’s most accomplished leaders, walked the red carpet looking refreshed and confident. His leaner and fitter appearance immediately drew admiration from fans and the media alike.
Rohit was honoured with a special recognition award presented by cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar, acknowledging his contributions to Indian cricket over the years. Despite the recent leadership transition, Rohit’s body language reflected calmness and determination, subtly hinting that he still has unfinished business in international cricket.
